Refunds & Returns
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately with your order number and evidence, so we can investigate the cause, such as contacting the courier if it's due to their poor handling.
We do not refund custom orders or for change of mind. In some cases we may request that the item be returned.
If there is a mistake for example incorrect spelling due to your mistake you will need to place a new order, if the fault is on us we will send out a replacement immediately.

Delivery
We currently use Pass the Parcel as our shipping company, they are the most cost efficient company I've come across to date, they collect your parcels from my door and deliver to yours. We charge a flat rate shipping of $6.50, +$3 for rural addresses, all parcels come with tracking. Please allow for 1-5 working days for your parcel to arrive, if you have not received your parcel within 5 days please contact us so we can contact the carrier immediately.

How long will my order take?
It all depends on how many orders we have received before yours, but we aim to ship out orders as soon as possible, some orders are made to order so these may take longer, some items are pre-made so these will be shipped faster, if there is a supply issue/delay we will do our best to keep you updated.
